Die Veranstaltung findet um 18:45 Uhr im Haus Zum Nöckel (Rotthauser Str. 37, Schalksmühle) statt und bietet die Gelegenheit, über die Chancen und Herausforderungen der Energiewende sowie den Klimaschutz zu diskutieren, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf die Windkraft.
Zu den Gästen zählen der Landtagsabgeordnete Dr. Gregor Kaiser (MdL), Klaus Brunsmeier vom BUND sowie Gerd Clever, Organisator des Energiestammtisches in Halver. Gemeinsam werden sie die aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien erörtern und aufzeigen, wie die Energiewende auf kommunaler Ebene zum Nutzen der Bürgerinnen und Bürger vorangetrieben werden kann.
Windkraft stellt ein zentrales Element der Energiewende dar und ist ein wichtiger Baustein im Kampf gegen den Klimawandel. Insbesondere im Märkischen Kreis bestehen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, den Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien zu fördern. Gleichzeitig gibt es Herausforderungen wie Genehmigungsverfahren, Artenschutz und Bedenken seitens der Bürgerinnen und Bürger, die im Rahmen der Diskussion angesprochen werden sollen.
Der Stammtisch bietet eine Plattform für den Austausch in entspannter Atmosphäre. Alle Interessierten sind herzlich eingeladen, ihre Ideen und Fragen einzubringen – ganz gleich, ob sie Mitglied bei den Grünen sind oder nicht. Besonders freuen sich Bündnis 90/Die Grünen über die Teilnahme von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern aus Schalksmühle und Umgebung.
